Turkish Ramadan Pide is a bread made specially for the month of Ramadan to eat along with iftar (feast breaking meal) time and sohuur (breakfast before dawn). Ingredients:

  Half a cup (75ml) warm water
  1 teaspoon of sugar
  7 g (1 tablespoon) dry yeast
  4 cups (400g) white flour
  One and a half cup (225ml) milk
  Half a cup (75ml) vegetable oil
  Half a teaspoon of sal

Filling:

1 chip
Spoon and half starch
1 yogurt
glass of milk.
Thyme
